One of my favorite things to make is fried chicken. Louisiana Chicken Fry Mix on boneless skinless chicken thighs is my usual way to go.

My other favorite is fried cod using Louisiana Fish Fry Mix.

Been on a Japanese Food kick lately. Got me some Boutique Rice.

Like a damn fool I now have several different varieties of Rice in the house.

I should have toasted the Nori a little more. Charred/toasted Nori is

Udon Noodles in a Togarashi infused Dashi.

We’ve got a ton of palm trees around the campus, while technically I should have these taken down the second they’re bigger than a baseball, I try to let ‘em fatten up a bit so we can enjoy them. We got about 800lbs of coconuts this time around!

Used the leftover crab from the stuffed tarantula to whup up some crab cakes with sauteed spinach and riced cauliflower with some bacon.
