The Cheese Thread

Sometimes I think the ultimate Grilled Cheese is a Kraft Single in between
2 pieces of cheap-ass White Bread, slathered with craptastic Margarine like
dumb-ass Country Crock. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Exactly this. It's tough to beat that.
I've tried it every which way imaginable and the simplest is often the best.

Add a dash of this.

I have to buy the giant bottles of that because I tend to swig from the bottle when I use it...

On cheese in general favourites of mine are

Stilton (got to be Hartington, a few miles up the road from me which is lucky)

Roquefort

Brie including blue

Baked camembert with rosemary and garlic

Black bomber cheddar

Goats cheese both hard and soft

Stinking Bishop. Not for everyone this one, smells like rotting corpse by all accounts but cannot confirm this due to not having smelt one.

Cornish Yarg

I'll stop now because I could really list most cheeses...
