Spent -20 fixing up a nice room in the basement, semi treated, Zaor Jr desk, couch, Presonus monitors. Used it a few times…

Now we are making it a training/workout room because my 12 yo wants to train, and i will probably also use the room more now because I have to train to keep pain away. Ordered a home gym and some weights for the tax return.
