Temple Audio boards. Better than I expected, in practice.

I think the deal breaker for me was that it reeeeeeeeally felt like I was gonna strip out the little screw holes for the modules?
They are actually snug fit and very solid in feel imo.

If I am being honest; I would never have bought this on my own. I just traded my way into it and it's a WHOLE lot easier to justify when it was "included" or "free" :cop :rofl

SW rep got back and said I need to have another Ciocks to power that module. Because, you know; why wouldn't you want to buy another power supply instead just the one that fits exactly into a predrilled opening of the board. AKA you have a power supply in your power supply Dawg AKA dumb company I won't be buying anything from in the near future :wat

From the manual. I didn't realize it was this dumb. I thought it was a full power supply that just slots into one of the module slots. Like you lose a module slot with zero benefit over having a PSU mounted under the board. You can use a CIOKS 4 Expander or 8 Expander to chain more power supplies as seen in my pic in this thread.

The SW rep said I would need a DC-7 and daisy chain it off that. Talk about clear as mud :wat I'd be ok if I could do that up top if I could use the IEC daisy chain I have underneath and power it with that. Either way; it's dumb :LOL:

Yeah that's what I thought it would do. IEC module -> Hi5Mod.

At least IEC -> DC7 works great.
