Speculation: Wampler NAM Player In Development

In the latest Chasing Tone Podcast episode, Brian mentions that he purchased a Nano Cortex for testing purposes. He also mentions that he’s been playing through prototypes.

Later on, during a listener question segment, a question is asked if Wampler will ever enter the Amp/Cab sim market. Brian moves away from the camera, says “next question,” plays coy, and asks “why would he have purchased a Nano Cortex?” I know he’s dabbled a little with NAM, so I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s probably going to happen.

I’ll gladly eat a crow sandwich if I’m wrong.

Almost listened to that episode this morning while getting ready for work, but Dean Delray had Kenny Wayne Shepherd on and since there was prospective Black Strat talk to be had, I went with that!
