Speaking of Nu; this guy will be going to his first LB concert next year.

What seats did you get? I'm debating just getting some (hopefully cheap) nosebleeds but it's been a while since I've been to a stadium show.

FWIW, while I suggest any Metallica fan, casual or former or whatever, goes to one of these shows, I would definitely suggest trying to get below the half-way point of the stadium seats. Every single account I’ve read from people who are higher up, all the videos, the sound gets pretty washed out and it doesn’t matter how many Meyers speakers or qualified techs they have running the system, some stadiums are just horrible for sound.
 
I got a few rows up into the first, non-floor section. Not cheap, but was for both nights so split between the two "reasonable". I've wanted to see LB forever but this recent tour lineup they headlined was an abomination for this old guy :barf

I've been preparing watching all sorts of Metallica recent clips and they sound GREAT \m/ I saw them last probably in the late 90s?

Damn too rich for my blood (if not third deck) - will they start selling 1 day tix after some time or is it 2 days or nothing? Might try my luck when folks start dumping tickets closer to the event.

Me too. If I am being honest. And I could have waited but I didn't want to end up in GA or in the middle of some row up in the top so I just said screw it and splurged :love

I’m quite certain you’ll have at least a grin on your face the entire night, if not a huge smile. I dunno how many times I looked across the spectacle of it all and just thought “This is so badass!”, especially as you feel every single drum hit you in the chest, not just the kicks!
