Except the footswitches and dedicated quick access buttons? Yes, nothing new and probably the same nam conversion, which are worthless in the PM, as they've a volume problem.

This actually makes more sense than the pocket master as it can actually be a pedal. I’m still leaning toward the Valeton GP-50 though. Looking to see if anyone is bringing anything similar to NAMM.

Actually, I'm 99% certain it's the same screen as the Pocket Master

As far as I can tell they just took the PM and made it pedalboard friendly.

Yeah, I was kinda getting my hopes up that it would be different because one of the pics on the Smart Box's webpage says "... full NAM support", but this is looking like mostly the same as the Pocket Master with some added control functionality. Being able to properly use actual NAM files would be an instant buy for me.

Still a good product just not what I'm looking/hoping for. Can't wait to see some reviews though, maybe we'll be surprised.

Hell, the Pocket Master can be regularly found online for $50. I had one, and it's a fun little toy for the money.

It's just weird how the Smart Box seems to be the exact same thing, but in a fancier package.

That is a pretty stiff up charge for foot switches instead of the buttons on the PM.

I have the Pocket Master and wouldn’t pay more than maybe $30 for one again. No way I would spend $100 for this version. It seems nice, but falls flat in actual usage, especially for NAM.

Switches to directly select blocks = great.
Still just one single knob to adjust parameters = hard pass.
