Send BPM over midi app

Maybe a weird request.

I'm using some vintage rack gear which i cannot access via my Mac (also not with parallels) so i bought a Microsoft surface which runs fine and I can now control my gear

The only thing missing is syncing the BPM to my devices. Which is handy with delays

I tried to search but came up empty for a windows app that just sends a BPM to the devices. Type in the BPM and send.

Anyone knows if that's available ?

Most DAWs can send MIDI clock.

I know. That's how logic does it.
I could install reaper on the tablet but to just send a clock i would prefer a small app

I searched 'midi clock generator windows application" and a number of them came up. Can't say I've ever tried any of them though.
