PSA: How to talk to a real person at FedEx

Step 1: Call customer support at 1-800-GoFedEx [1-800-463-3339]

Step 2: When the virtual assistant asks what you need, respond with "returning a call".

Step 3: Profit

I just tested this magic and was connected to a live person in less than 30 seconds.

P.S. - They didn't resolve my issue, but at least I was given the runaround by a live person from a foreign call center instead of an AI robot.

I've been hearing a commercial on Pandora for a CC company talking about being able to now always get to a real person when you call. Guess businesses are finally waking up to the fact that we hate that shit.
