P bass pickup upgrade

I *knock on wood* have a new P bass coming my way this week. I ordered a himass bridge to replace the stock one, and in the spirit of modding I want to likely upgrade the pickup down the line, probably this winter. I will be using this for prog rock and metal - I’ve found the SD quarter pounder in my search, but does anyone have any recommendation for a split coil pickup for these kind of tones? Opeth, TOOL, but also some Led Zeppelin bass tone goodness.

I think Martin Mendez’ tone is the epitome of what a bass should sound like fwiw
