It's been a year and a half waiting for this, but gosh I'm so happy. Can't wait to try it on this evening rehearsal🤘

Specs:
  • Body: custom built Fender Meteora shape, chambered swamp ash, transparent red satin finish.
  • Neck: 24" maple with custom headstock (based on Fernandes), C contour, 9'5 radius, and Schaller locking tuners.
  • Tremolo: Vegatrem black.
  • Pickups: DiMarzio BC2 (bridge), DiMarzio Chopper (middle) and Sustainiac.
  • Controls: push-push tone (sustainiac on/off) and volume (sustainiac normal/harmonic mode).

A little rough around the edges but looks really interesting. I dig the pickguard design.

That's not a chopper in the middle is it?

Rough? It's really soft to the touch 😆

Yes, it's a chopper.

Edit: actually not a chopper. That picture was taken before updating the pickups due to an incompatibility with the Sustainiac.

Sorry I was staring at the pickguard edges :bonk

Did you put it together or was it built out? That Vega trem looks like a lot of fun!
I bought the parts (body and neck were made by a Spanish luthier), then I took them to another luthier to put them together.

I did the body design, as I had to make sure the sustainiac board would fit.
