NAD (new to me): 1980 Marshall JMP 2104 50W (2204 combo)

Totally forgot to check this.

I'd be happy with any of the 3 there. 1 sounds brightest, 2 darkest and 3 somewhere in between. I'm not a JJ fan but they're probably my pick here!

Lol - tube tests are like that most of the time. The differences I noticed between them:

- EHX are more lean in the lowend and a bit more harsh
- Mullards are fuller overall and have a nice, well defined midrange - nothing peaks out too much; overall very balanced
- JJs are somewhat in the middle with maybe a tad less perceivable harmonic content (?) than the Mullards

Anyway, mostly stuff you can tell when you play them; they'd probably get lost in a busy mix.
