Got to the studio last weekend with the 5150 LBX I just bought and they had one of these there. The LBX never even got unpacked.

After hammering out riffs on theirs for hours, I knew I needed one. Just so happens this bad boy was already in my saves on Marketplace. The seller is a ridiculously talented player and super cool. Made the deal after work today then spent a little bit dialing it in, then hammered out more riffs.

Told myself I would sell the LBX to help pay for it, but I still love that one too… and it’s easier to get killer tone without blasting it… so might have to find something else to sell. What’s the going rate for a kidney these days? Slightly used…

Thanks. It didn’t need to hold up long term, and it surprisingly held its own in practice. But 50 watts and 6L6s beats 15 and EL34s all day, for my tastes.
