Marshall cleans are not clean-clean..... but man..... they deliver.

I think the best thing about that amp is the unsurpassed sensitivity
on the input side to your touch. Just the most responsive amp in all
kinds of delightful ways. :chef
 
New Marshall Day For me as well started a new project this morning
Well sort of, Technically its in my FM9 but i had never used a JCM 800 #32 Modded before
and yes this thing is Absolutely Awesome

Trust me, I can certainly understand your enthusiasm and eagerness, all too well…….































So much that when I got a message from Marketplace last Sunday about a trade for my Shiva, I couldn’t sleep. I told the guy I’d sleep on it and about 30 minutes later told him I’m down.

It’s a Ceriatone Plexi50 ‘68 (1987 w/ a Brown sound mod, basically)w/ an Hot Mod V2 installed and the cab’s got a V30/G12H30 Anniversary.

We’re meeting tomorrow at the campus where I’ll plug this in for the first time in a 40k sq ft empty office space, where no one will be around to bitch about how loud it is aside from the Amazon employees across the street.

And then once I get it home, I won’t hear it through a cabinet until the next time it leaves my house!!! :rofl

I’ve been holding this back all week but the only thing that could make a New Plexi Day cooler is a 2 for 1 New Plexi Day!!

I’ve only played through a Plex for maybe a total of 10-15 minutes, but between the Fractal models that have been my go-to’s for the last 3.5 years and all the Plexi talk in the same amount of time between here and a couple other guitar FB groups I’m in, it was time.

Edit- And funnily, without trying to do so or having no affinity for them, after tomorrow all 3 of my tube amps will be white.
