Marshall "Digital Classics" amps

I have a friend who arrived in Poland today, and sent me a Pic drinking a Polish beer. :cheers

Just felt like a bit of synchronicity. :idk
Nowhere near that, but I did enjoy a few Croatian beers last week during band practice - first time in an eternity.

They're not "fancy" but were pretty nice after all. Raunchy and dirty like a Superfuzz is more like it. 😂

Polish beer? Also cool. 👌

As an Austrian, I'm spoiled with great local breweries and all sorts of good stuff from neighbouring countries!

Anyhow, sorry for treading off-topic. Always worth it for beer. Cheers 🍻

At the very least it may be eventful. They just announced intent to put all adult men through military training to boost up their reserves for obvious reasons.
As a Finn having done that, it's not that bad if well executed. It's a good idea for smaller countries without big career militaries.

I was 9 months in the army. Infantry does only 6 months, officers do 12. It's few months of basic training, then the rest is specialist training for the role you're given. Lots of boring nights guarding something, plenty of forest warfare training.

I’m on team “that sounds fun” anyway. We don’t much worry about invasions here in the US, but I imagine getting trained up when you have a non-zero chance of such an event is probably reassuring and a bonding experience with your fellow countrymen.

My Jiu Jitsu is unfortunately unlikely to help me or anyone else in a heavy artillery battle, regrettably. :rofl

Not gonna lie, all the shooting training was a lot of fun. Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling your RK62 rifle so much that it comes into your dreams...not so much!

Also you get to meet people from all walks of life, including some of the dumbest mofos you didn't think could even exist. I'm not talking about bad people, just people who are so dumb that it makes you wonder how they'll make it through life.

If you find yourself in close quarter HTH, BJJ would come in very handy. Plus getting your ass kicked every day does wonders for personal growth and attitude.

How long have you been practicing BJJ? Belt?

IMO this really is where the value lives. Everybody gets humbled. I was a year into my white belt and lost to a collar choke from a paraplegic blue belt. I apparently needed to be reminded.

Win or learn. That day I learned I had shitty posture.

I’ve been around BJJ in some form for the last 12 years, a sibling runs and teaches at a local school. I need to get back into a regular regiment and test. When I drop in I usually roll pretty even with the blue belts, occasionally surprise a purple belt, and frequently throw up outside after my matches. So yeah, a regular Rambo. :rofl

They make sense when you consider the all tube versions are overpriced for what they are.

Yeah the only benefits seem to be the XLR out, cab sim and attenuation features.

There's not even an fx loop which makes no sense if these are the same "digital preamp + ICEPower module poweramp" thing like the Tone Masters.
What no stereo effects loop? Iam out

Sorry for not knowing.

Is this like a Boss Katana counterpart or a plugin?

Katana doesn't have a built-in tuner. If these Marshalls sound good, they will sell.
