I know about that history, people getting all upset about that shit (which really kind of “started” with Elvis anyway and boiled over eventually) But it’s like how Wal Mart won’t sell explicit albums, that isn’t a U.S. mandated choice it’s a private company making their own decision

I was a teenager in the eighties, so the whole PMRC thing was a huge talking point among my friends and I. The funniest part is that albums that got slapped with the parental advisory sticker wound up getting a huge bump in sales as a result.

Correct. The First Amendment protects American citizens from persecution from the government for things they say. It does not give anybody free reign to break the rules on a privately owned Internet forum, because it would be Drew and The Colonel busting your ass, not the federal government.
