Lower quality materials (metals specifically) on Charvel DK?

I've had this guitar for about 2 years now.

Frets are really worn. Sure, maybe it's because this was the only guitar I played since I had it.

Neck bolts are really stripped. I had big issues with the guitar in the beginning, I took it a part a lot, so maybe I was a bit careless - even through it has never happened with any other guitar I've had because I always use proper tools and I'm careful to not over tight anything. I've had guitars for over a decade, took it a part a lot and the screws are just fine.

Now this past week the head of one of the bridge pivots just flew off. I've never ever seen anything like this.

Has anyone?

While I’ve never had a bridge post rip off or anything really break that I can remember, I’ve had enough play time with some LoTRS trems to know that unless it’s a Gotoh or a legit old school Floyd, I won’t bother with it. I’m not surprised to hear of this happening because of the tuning stability issues I’ve had with cheaper metals, if that shit is wiggly enough to not hold strings in tune, it’s not that much more pressure to start snapping it.

The trem in the guitar is a gotoh 510 - at least it is advertised a such. Bought a replacement from gotoh and the new one is a tad longer. Shape overall is the same. It looks a bit different, but maybe it's natural wear maybe?

Possibly, I dunno, Gotoh has always made quality shit. Obviously the occasional lemon comes to fruition, but still a bummer regardless.
