Having fitted just about every momentary switch I can find over the years on many budding Buckerhead’s guitars I can safely say that the Sanwa arcade button is streets ahead of any other type because it’s action and clean operation.
Buckethead red !
Or black.
If you want to try one just find a guitar with a pick guard and fit it somewhere that won’t require router work or get in the way.
Wire it to add ground to the main output signal.
It is a sensitive action and easy to be musical with it as well as just the usual array of robot noises
They come in 23mm ( above ) or 30mm don’t buy from a guitar part supplier because they add 500% “guitar parts “ tax. They are tested to over a million actuations and cost less than £3 . Bring out your inner Bucket!
I put one on my RG550.
