Jackson Kelly info needed

Got this in a trade. I believe it’s a 1996 Jackson ke-4. It has some upgrades but also came with all the original hardware. Got it for a decent trade price and just wanted to know if anyone has any details about this guitar or its value. Jackson catalogs says it was only made for two years in 96&97. Any help would be appreciated.
