I do like the inlay binding the runs the llength of both sides of the fretboard
Im not a fan of the thin frets and waiting for a couple of quotes on changing them to medium jumbo stainless steel frets .

After a good couple of playing sessions my daughter son and I decided we didn’t like the knobs so just changed them to Speeds which are much better

My main issues with Epiphone can’t be fixed.
1. The wood is never what they say it is and incredibly inconsistent.
The fingerboard wood is horrible.
2. The truss rod is the generic tone suck two way that requires no precision to install.
3. The fret size and over bevelled ends , also very soft.
4. The hardware is so soft that the string ball end sometimes sticks in the tailpiece.
5. Thick plasticised finish, durable but garbage in every other consideration.
There are plenty of other things but you can fix a lot of the rest. Shit pickups and electrics can be swapped.
All that in to consideration and I can’t with any honesty recommend Epiphone.
