The nature of this post is gratitude.
I’m grateful nobody made a big dumb X-Mas post.
I’m not a fan of the holidays outside of the kids component.
People get so bent outta’ shape, sibling rivalries gone wild, where’s Stripe & the motley Gremlins to light up this damn town??
That’s actually a big part of the message from that movie.
So a big holiday thanks for the no thanks TGF members & hangers on!!

I invited a musician friend/pal over to our place yesterday to hang with us, because he
has been cut off from his family. :hugitout

People are shit. Maybe shittier to one another more than any time in the recent past.
We used to have to tolerate a few little differences, and handle some tension and conflict,
all in the name of the "greater good." Now people just shut one another down, sever ties,
and cancel each other. How is that in keeping with the "Spirit" of the Holidays?
