If you want it to look as good as new or better, you probably are looking at a strip and repaint. Touchup paint can look OK from a distance but that looks like an off white and matching the exact color and blending it in will be very difficult to do to high standards.
make a liquidy paste out of bartenders friend and gently rub it on the scratches. the oxalic acid will get the dirt out of it and you wont see it. DONT rub hard cause youll scratch things... but the cleaner is magic.
