How high can you tune a set of bass 105-45 past standard

The only way to find out would be test the neck to destruction because it will be different on everything. How much tension can be resisted by the truss rod will vary widely. Some necks are stiffer than others because of thickness and grain structure. You wouldn’t be able to actually even feel how close to failure the truss rod is adjusting it.
Some rods feel very tight when they are working correctly and then you have the strength of the anchor or the weld on a two way, again no two will be the same.
When Taylor redesigned the headstock joint on their necks they ended up breaking a whole bunch testing the new an old designs to pressure required to break. They had to break a lot because the variations are so wide for each design there was a significant overlap.

Once I know what each strings maximum tension is I will be over it. E can go up to and so on. If you know what each strings maximum tension is post.

You can’t , stings fail because of flaws in the core wire and that’s going to vary a lot. Even if you test to destruction you will need a lot of data to mean anything.
