I saw a very attractive one on the corner of my street about ten years ago, at 9 in the morning, when I was headed to the grocery store. I had never seen anything like that on my corner, and thought it was very weird.
When I returned home, there were two blacked-out cars there, a guy in cuffs sitting on the sidewalk, and a couple other men with "POLICE" on the back of their jackets. Then it all made sense
