Fun & Interesting News

I've often said learning Petrucci and Gilbert songs (even if I can't seem to get past ~80% of the real tempo) is my own personal way of keeping my brain in shape. Some people do crossword puzzles; I like to practice technical prog guitar.

My memory isn't slipping in the least (just turned 60.) I routinely juggle lots of moving parts at work, and still seem catch all the details. And I pulled out a DT song last night that I hadn't practiced in several weeks, and after a couple run-throughs, it came right back to me.

I have other health issues, but my cognitive function seems to be fine. Knock on wood...
Don't knock *too hard* - you might get a concussion! ;)

Typical Jam Band Guitar Wanker. Support me while I overindulge in trendy licks
that blow up the flower dresses of the stoned chicks twirling around and around.

Tell me I am wrong here.

In your 'Hood---relatively speaking--- @likitlikeyoulikeit . :idk

And, for those that don't know, the definition of a "Floridiot" (in this area anyway) - is someone with FL plates that can't handle curvy and/or mountainous roads. They must go really slow and brake constantly, or very nearly so. They must stop at all apple orchards.

Did I mention they hafta go really slow and brake a lot!?
