Finally "Doing something" and obviously I want to throw everything across the room

Starting to get back in the swing with synthwave bro. Have a track to start on and everything that could piss me off and not go right is doing just that. Can't get my FM presets to output in stereo so everything is on the left side, guitar wise. The stupid fucking DAW console view isn't docked in the place it was last time I fired it up and 15 other micro-fuckingannoyances that reaffirm my hatred of troubleshooting ANYFUCKINGTHING when I just trying to get some ideas tracked and make some progress.

I feel it. Spending some time getting to know my DAW when I'm not trying to actively use it to record an idea or project helps me tremendously with maintaining a healthy creative workflow when I am trying to use it for my needs. Take note of all of these annoyances and look up forum posts/YT tutorials until you can seamlessly deal with anything you need to keep the creative wheel turning. The DAW should to be less of an impediment and more of a conduit.

Cakewalk. I haven't recorded anything in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. I got most of it sorted by just using a second cable from the FM to my interface and just dealt with DAW module docking situation like the caveman I am. I got some stuff tracked and was good on that end. Hopefully
