My R7 was sold in the great gear purge of 2022 to help fund moving my family back to N Ireland and I've missed it dearly. It's so nice to have a les paul back again. Can't wait to take it to a rehearsal with the rest of the band on Thursday night.

I've only had a few hrs with it this afternoon but it's just wonderful, it's genuinely better than I hoped it would be. I'll try and record some clips when my kids in school tomorrow.

The Tokai stuff is so good. Each of my Tokai built LPs so authentically capture the vibe, and not just passably. They each feel like a REALLY nice Les Paul. Keep that one forever. I’m keeping mine.
