If you are after one of these pedals ?
Don’t order from Andertons They don’t have any.
They have the original lawsuit versions come into stock on Tuesday and are listing them as the new versions.

I know this because I bought one and got this on Wednesday

When I rang to get it replaced they checked the warehouse and had only had Centaur’s in the new stock.
Mine is going back for a refund.
Shouldn’t have been sent out in the first place

Given the only difference is the graphics on the "compliant" ones, and people went silly money for the "lawsuit" ones, I'm not sure what the problem is. Other than it being technically naughty that Behringturd didn't do a full recall and re-issue.

No im not The sold out and got new stock in this week and it’s still the originals.
Nobody else is listing the new ones in stock for sale and selling the old ones.
Gear4music we’re trying it on a month ago but stopped selling them.

I didn’t want another lawsuit model because I’ve had this one since December last year.

I wanted the model advertised the one I ordered and payed for.

1) did you open the box to see if it was a new pedal in the original box?

2) Are you sure there even is a new version outside the US? An out of court settlement in the US might still allow them to keep selling stock of the lawsuit version in other countries until it runs out, or possibly until there is another lawsuit in that jurisdiction.

Yes I did lift the lid to see what was inside closed it and rang Andertons..
It’s still sitting in my hall awaiting collection to go back.
