EQD Towers (NPD x2)

I know there's not much love for EQD here but I don't care they are the GOAT for me

This thing looks awesome, I don't really need or have room for another wonky reverb but given how much I use my Afterneath this could very well become a staple for me, might have to snag one

Ok. JT and his views on EQD doesn't represent all of us.

Just saying.

They are in the OG Tier as far as I am concerned. Too legit to quit! :chef

I am always interested in what they got going on, even if it ends up not being for me.
Just a great shop full of great people doing great things.
:beer

Thinking about saying screw it and ordering one of these as well as a barrows. I may just also be bored at work hard to say :nails

I wish they'd bring back the dreamcrusher. I've not come across another fuzz face type that could get as crushing as that thing

TBF; the big Disaster Transport I had from a buddy for a bit last year was great! So what do I know?

They for sure have that Indie, "Let's all play Jazzmasters and other assorted Offsets" vibe. :pitchforks

I probably have a bit of nostalgia for them, as they were one of the 1st Boutique Pedal Outfits
that I dove into headfirst in the 2000s.

I don't think I have a single EQD pedal at the moment, though. :bonk

Congrats, on the Towers, @spawnofthesith . I bet it would have sounded killer into a Fireball.
:rofl

These just showed up. Haven’t tried em out yet but will after dinner here

So still in honeymoon phase obviously, but both these pedals are the real deal.

This was 100% an impulse buy and had some doubts after the fact but after initial tests definitely pleased with the purchase

Spent about an hour or so through my badlander with these

Barrows: just a badass and heavy simple fuzz. Really shines on the gain modes with the BL and hitting it with a Kline takes shit to the next level. Small foot print is a big help to justify having a fuzz on my board too

Towers : gat damn :love :love :love This was even more questionable to justify on the board especially with the aftermath already on there. Definitely its own unique beast and a lot more “versatile” (the aftermath is pretty extreme even at modest settings). Loving LFO mode the most right now but all three modes are very distinct and different from each other. Excited about the preset options on this pedal too as it’s insanely diverse. Post rock beueaty in a box and so many usable tones from subtle to extreme. Very usable across the board.

I don’t say this lightly but this box contains a similar amount of “magic” as the dispatch master. Price tag is steep but I highly recommend
