EQD Easy Listening Analog Amp Sim

I kind of like the simplicity of this idea, and the 0 latency thing is appealing if it’s voiced well. Curious how it will compare to the other analog sims out there.

What the holy fuck! Those CUNTS must have thought of the Swede when they made this. All this time I’ve been thinking, please can’t someone just make a simple amp pedal that is one amp and one cab with no menus or computer interface and no fucking possibility to go down any rabbit hole whatsoever…

This just might be for me. Only for me. I will probably try it…. Because the one thing bothering me about my Walrus ACS1 is its digital noise (the typical walrus white noise that’s in almost all their pedals….) So if this thing is silent and sound and feels like a Deluxe. I’m all in!

Ok is it just me or does that sound awful in the demo? I’m into the idea, but I’ll take one or two ms of latency for something that sounds better.

I liked the clips on the web page better than what I heard in the video. Hopefully there will be more demos with a wider variety of pedals going into it to hear how it handles different types of gain.

The demo is actually more a display of the other EQD pedals used… which might sound stupid to do, or brilliant from another perspective.

In the EQD video there’s only like 5 or 6 seconds we hear the “amp” pedal alone, without the Plumes and the hizboolahamathatsu or whatever fuzz he used.

There’s also only one sound clip on the homepage with no effects pedals, and that sounds very good (being what it is meant to be), and sounds similar to Deluxe in ACS1, at least recognizable.

I wish they had added one little toggle switch for pass-through so you could on/off the amp/speaker, added TRS stereo input and finally aux-in.

That would be worth $99 to me. As is it’s cool but doesn’t solve enough for me. Mooer version might be a better option given its price and features. But I hope EQD sells a tone and it helps the business.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER.

P..S. PEW, PEW,
