Crab Amps Dragon Demo

It's long but with time stamps you can skip stuff if you want to and it's nice to see the guts and hear it sounds.

This video was helpful to see how the Dragon differs from some of the other simpler amps: eg. differences in guts, additional back panel controls, all the front panel buttons.

Im not on the best speakers at the moment and have yet to watch the full video but sometimes great recorded tones kill me. I didn't notice much difference at all between the channels until he switched to the Mark 3. Considering all the processing and mixing that could have went into this video, does anyone here who owns one of these attest that there is enough of a difference between the amps to get a Dragon vs a 2 channel Crab amp?.

The different channels for sure feel different playing them and sound different to me.

If you don't want/need these particular pre amps (SLO, VH4, Mark3, Fender) I would get a quote for the preamps he has of what you want. He will build anything you want that he has.

He gave me these examples of some other 4 channels amps he built for other people. cali, vh4, ubershall, clean and rectifier, satan, deliverance, clean.

I have Mark covered and the SLO so if I order again I will pick amps I don't have covered.

It sounds good. It seems noisy though, but that could be just an issue with the guy's setup or power.
