I rank Hackman above DeNiro. Hackman becomes the character he is playing, though if you’re looking for it you will see his personality in there. With Bob, every character becomes DeNiro. Not a lot of actual acting going on.

I think that part of the appeal for me is that he doesn’t really seem to have done a bad movie. So I know that if Hackman is in it, chances are that I’ll like the movie overall.

That doesn’t sound right at all. Bugera has the best reverse engineers that money can buy, when they steal a circuit they do it RIGHT.
