Broken headstock on Ibanez acoustic

Hey folks,

continuing the question from the Eagle thread I now bought that 20€ Ibanez acoustic with the broken headstock.

Maybe someone experienced can chime in and give me some tips and tricks on what could work.

On the pic with the yellow X I tried to pull it open as much as I could (without brute force).

Well for 20 you cant go wrong there. I would wedge it open as much as possible using guitar pics shoved down in the mouth of the crack and use a syringe to glue it as much as possible with a high quality wood glue, then clamp the shit out of it for a few days.
