They don't really matter, other than they have been in the industry a long time and have a lot of experience and knowledge between them. That said, although I only watched a few snippets of the conversation, I think the gist of it is that changing times are making a lot of that knowledge less valuable or obsolete.

I didn't hit upon any breakup news in the video, but Tim's PRS with no truss rod, mentioned at the start and 13 minutes in was interesting and brought up in another thread. Unlikely I will watch the rest of the video because it is two old guys chatting. I can't handle podcasts or pretty much anything in the guys chatting for a while genre.
