Boss xs-100 drop c tuning?

Is there a way of setting up this tuning on the boss xs-100 poly shifter?
C# G# C# F# A# D#

Pitch shifters like the BOSS and Digitech Whammy will shift all strings by the same interval. If you're asking whether you can use one to time from standard E A D G B e to C# G# C# F# A# D# (Drop C#) turn the answer is no. You'd need to manually tune to Drop D first and then use the pedal to take everything down a semitone.

You'd need a divided pickup like the Roland GK or Cycfi Multi, along with a processor like the Roland VG or SY to handle that.
