Dude. I haven't referred to anything about you since Monday, with the exception of the "roll eyes" meme. How about taking a walk, get some fresh air, relaxing a bit? How about you stop making this about yourself, and get it back to the topic? Are you? How about own your shit and its done.

Honestly, Tonecracy's calibration thing is huge, IMO. ToneX is a pain in the balls. That and I suppose mixing both component modeling and capturing in one app.So what's its competitive advantage?
For me? It lets me do things i ccant do with tonex or nam…like run multiple amps in parallel. So what's its competitive advantage?
Yea, I just noticed a few captures I loaded up that have a Cab off/on option. I'm guessing that is a capture that had amp and cab captured as one? Sure would be nice to have resource to look up that info. And of course to filter by that bit of data when looking for stuff to audition....
Would also be cool if there was metadata available to search/filter user models based on the load used - would be cool to just see models that are made with a real cab load, or a particular known load box (for instance).
I just don't see that happening though, and they've got a proven track record of NOT updating things. But yeah, it would be nice. ToneX sure hasn't made any significant improvements in a year.If Tonocracy starts regular updates it is ToneX that is going to wither on the vine. If somehow Tonocracy starts and continues updating stuff at anything close to a Fractal pace and throws a few good hardware options our way then the overused phrase 'Game Changer' becomes totally appropriate instead of cringe worthy.
I don't think it's been mentioned, but given their history of hardware, it's a fair bet that it's in their minds.Super late for this party, so, bear with me: is there a hardware product planned for Tonocracy?
Love me some Atomic Amps, but i stopped caring about plugins a long time ago
I don't think they have said there was but lots of us are assuming it must be in the plans. Atomic was born from making hardware with I believe some arrangement or acquisition of a software modeling entity. It seems like the simplest explanation for Atomic to be involved.Super late for this party, so, bear with me: is there a hardware product planned for Tonocracy?

It be insane nit to wanna do this. But im guessingI just don't see that happening though, and they've got a proven track record of NOT updating things. But yeah, it would be nice. ToneX sure hasn't made any significant improvements in a year.
I mean, maybe this is a fresh start, who knows?

If anything, the plug-in first is more a surprise, than hardware would be.I don't think they have said there was but lots of us are assuming it must be in the plans. What can I say, I'm an optimist...jaded and hyper critical when disappointed but always open with optimism.
My guess is it was a tactical decision because they sense that other players are jumping in this arena and it helps to be one of the first. Gambling that they're not-finished-state was still good enough to compare nicely to Tonex and the raw NAM options. If anything, the plug-in first is more a surprise, than hardware would be.
I think it’s also the cheap point of entry will generate a larger catalog of captures for when the eventual hardware is released. My guess is it was a tactical decision because they sense that other players are jumping in this arena and it helps to be one of the first. Total guess work on my part, hopefulness really, because if I'm right then hardware and a stream of updates will be incoming to support their opening gambit. Which translates to lots of fun for me!
NAM is open source, so I don't think there's a big problem there. Some other hardware already supports it, like the Mod Duo.Wonder if they’ll have to support NAM (or some way to convert to their own format) to support HW and presets transferring. Again opens some copyright cans of worms
