Anybody use the Positive Grid Edge or Live?

I know it’s not really marketed for us on this forum but just curious.

I was thinking about those because I never heard anyone talking about their PG Sparks crapping out on them. But then I thought, the Sparks just stay in people’s homes, so we don’t really know how well they’re built. But also I thought that I haven’t heard people complain about he Sparks glitching out on them. So then I thought- love ‘em or hate ‘em- maybe Positive Grid actually builds a quality product that justifies their somewhat higher prices. And then I thought, could those silly little PAs be better than they look.
And then I thought, nah.

But then I thought, I should take it to TGF and see if you all pull each other’s hair out over it.

Honestly, with how crappy the spark sounds, and how much I abhor the company in general, there’s no way I would ever try any of their other stuff.

I don’t know where you the idea they are quality. I hear from people all over, including my family, that their spark died after a few month.


I’m waiting for mine to go because every time I plug it in, I see sparks arcing between power plug and jack.

Eek. I’ll admit, my thoughts about quality were just from a lack of seeing criticism here or at TOP. And to be honest I stopped looking at TOP a few years ago.

I mean, they look like they're made pretty well, I guess. I have never been especially wowed by the sound, though I do enjoy Bias from time to time.

I hate the sound of the regular Spark, but the Spark Mini blew me away.
