Any Jackson lovers here?

I recently traded my EVH EL34 Iconic for a 1986 Model 2 Charvel. It has been years since I've played a guitar like that, which is essentially the type of guitar I grew up on and it really lit a fire.

I havent bought a new Charvel or Jackson since the 90s and had no idea what the differences were between all the new tiers. I did get a lot of good info on FB but feel free to chime in on some talk with the Pro vs Plus vs MJ, vs USA.

I was initially looking at an X series yellow crackle but after a little consideration I ended up working out a great deal imo on a MJ series DKR. Pretty excited for this to arrive. I was literally seconds away from ordering the Pro 1985 when the DKR seller worked out a deal with me for not much more at all.

Anyway, im not completely sold on the color. In fact I may still get another crackle one day but man this guitar seems nice with some good hardware and electronics.

Any experience with these guitars? Curious of what to expect when it arrives.

I have always wanted a USA Jackson Soloist Custom. I have never found the right one at a right time. I came close a couple of times. I found a pretty decent one about 5 or 6 years ago. The issue is that the type of guitars I play now is pretty different and I figured if I bought it I would only play it for a short while then it would just get stored in it's case.
