Yup. Zen has been appropriated for songs, for feel-goodism (as if!), for natural beauty, for middle names,
for seemingly effortless action and flow states, for religious purposes, and an whole host of other things it
largely had nothing to do with in an historical sense.
It's cool, though. We bastardize everything in this world.

Ahhh... it's been 20 years since I was last in the PNW, but I have fond memories of my visits to Peet's. Nostalgia is powerful stuff!
