3D Printed Guitar Picks

mind blown GIF
It's coming back to me a little now. I must've have been really stoned back then. :ROFLMAO: (or, not enough?)

Cool :headbang

What were the filaments and slicer settings used? They both make a huge difference in durability and quality. What printer model?
Don't know, my bandmate made them, have to ask.
But I've picked one of them up again yesterday and was blown away. I need an improved version of these. Shape, thickness and flexibility is pretty much perfect. Wouldn't it be possible to create a mold from the files and make one of higher quality?

A friend of a friend is working at a place where they build 3d printed false teeth (molds?), she said that she could print something with a very smooth surface too, maybe I'll ask her again.

Sure, you can create injection molds from the same files. However, getting the molds machined is ridiculously expensive. You'd would need to sell thousands and thousands of picks just to break even.

3D printed teeth wouldn't be a good idea. They have to be some kind of mold. Possibly a loss wax process. 3D printing leaves too many internal voids and layered surface lines where germs can latch onto and breed.
