Thinking about joining the badlander club

There’s a minor blemish bandlander 50 at AMS for $1789. Kind of wanna grab it. Seems like a nice compliment to what I have. Do they “need” a boost to really give up the goods? I didn’t normally boost my roadster. I realize these are not really typical “recto” sounding though

Also anyone feel free to snag that and save me from myself

As @Life Eats Life said I view it more as a hard rock amp (not that amps have to be genre specific) but a boost will help you get to the brutal chugs I think you are hoping for. Great amp tho!

It’s a 50w head. If I was playing guitar in my band, it would be a keeper. But, Im playing bass, which means I almost never turn the Badlander on. Not in a place in life where I can justify an expensive piece of gear I never use just cause I love it. So, adulting sucks and it’s for sale.
