The Gibson & their copies picture show

My beat to hell '69 ES-335. I bought it sight-unseen out of the back of the Vintage Guitar magazine classifieds in 1996.

Alright here’s the SGs. Stock Gibson P90s in the one and BKP Riff Raffs in the Faded. I still dig the tort guard on it so it stays.

And for good measure my Sheraton. I love this guitar. I gigged a lot with this one in the last band. Mostly stock except I yanked the craptacular Epi Pups and put in an old set of Classic 57s I had lying around. These pickups are like pre-2000s and sound fantastic

Not Ibanez Wizard skinny, no? :lol But also not vintage 50s thick either. I think it
had the 60s' Slim Taper profile from Gibson, which I pretty much can't stand, and
one of the reasons it was easy to part with the guitar.

I don't want teensy necks on vintage-inspired guitars.... :hmm

Those TDW necks were incredibly skinny! I measured the nut on mine and it's 40.7mm. Not much depth on those necks, either, but they feel pretty round, super fast.

Not gonna lie, all the LPs in this thread have been giving me some major GAS. Almost took home a 2008 Classic, but seemed a liiiiiittle high for condition it was in.
