George Blanda at fender designed it using Floyd patented saddles. I think it is a great and very underrated piece. It’s quite fiddly to set up the intonation but all Floyds are.
It unfortunately wasn’t well supported for parts. You could buy a replacement trem or buy the replacement part set which was the trem without the arm

I finally got around to intonate it a few weeks ago, had to buy a set of imperial hex wrenches to do anything on it, what a mess
But it sounds great and feels fantastic in use, so I can live with that.
