They’re going to place it back onto the launch pad, refuel, and fly it again. The whole reasoning behind it is to reuse it (not dump it into the ocean like most boosters) and eliminate having to recover, refurbish, and ready it for the next launch. It’s all about cost per ton to orbit.

Sadly it isn't their fault. The other firms just forgot how to design and build without repeatedly failing, and costing far more than the competition, which is delivering and returning astronauts safely.
