Duh. It's a choice. You can choose to change how you select tones, or you can change your equipment.

I'm just saying that some people want that ability, therefore switchers exist.

I’ve been interested in getting a nice preamp to use on a pedalboard. Kinda doing something like that with my amps preamp section and then into a HX Stomp for post-FX/IRs. I do want some sort of power amp facsimile in the chain as well though, so getting that from a Tonex One now. Love being able to dial in the physical preamp in different ways, the tactile interaction of knobs and that stuff.

Though lately with my own captures I’ve gotten eerily close to some core sounds with Tonex so I’ve started questioning the dedicated preamp and pedals approach since the costs quickly adds up.

Would love to see and hear more setups like this though!
