RIP Monitor Port - Apollo Interface - Fixable?

Anyone have a clue if this is something I can replace myself with a new part or is this destined for some repair center?

Luckily UA is all over it, nobody has responded from their chatbot generated ticketing system.

Should be a fairly easy fix although I’m not sure how much work would be involved in getting the board out so it’s accessible. Probably best to try and do it through UA although any competent tech should be able to do it with no major fuss

Yeah I was wondering if it was something that would require soldering or precision, in which case I’d probably just rather have an official tech handle it, but if it was a snap on module/connector or something like that it might be easier to just nab the part and open her up.

It’s an Apollo X6.

Yeah I’m two weeks inside a year, so hopefully I can sneak it under a warranty.

man i hope ya can. i HATE plastic jacks. my focusrites ADAT doors all failed.. prosumer blues i guess.
