I was a fan of his. He made lots of great records. He was a superb songwriter and excellent guitar player.
He was sick for long time and it's quite amazing that he lived so long. The man was living proof that human perseverance is strong. He made some of his strongest and greatest albums while he was in such poor health in the 90s. Very few people knew much about it back then.
