In Japan visiting family and picked this guy up at the ESP custom shop in Osaka. Won’t have the chance to play it plugged in until I get home next week, but it sounds great acoustically!

Thanks guys! I’m so excited. I’ve wanted it for about 2 years, but it didn’t work out last time I was in Japan. It’s got SS frets, a satin neck, and reverse binding (instead of the outer layer being white, it’s black). I didn’t like the direct mount pups on a LP shape at first, but it somehow works with this finish. I’ll post more pics when I’m home next week.

Made it home in one piece. I’m from Canada and had to get a connecting flight through the US. They made me unpack it and did a drug swab on it lol.

Here are some updated pics. Not too sure about the Fishman Moderns yet. They have a weird midrange thing going on that I don’t know if I like. Will give it another week and if they don’t grow on me I’ll throw in a set of classics I have.
