Here's some straight up guitar p0rn. I borrowed this guitar from Charles while I was in Sydney and I immediately feel in love with it, so when he mentioned he was cleaning some showroom stock I immediately jumped on it. The Bellaurora is his take on a modern semi-hollow with the center block extending just past the bridge and tailpiece.
Charles is legendary down here for his setups and fretwork with this being no exception. The quality and attention to detail rank with the very best out there (think Huber/Knaggs/Yaron etc) IMO.
I'm looking forward to giving and recording with it once I get back home from Europe next week.
The additions to the base Bellaurora model are;
Flame Maple binding
Stainless Steel Fretwire
Royale Split MOP inlays
Locking Tuners/Ebony buttons
Birthmark Flame Maple Top
Charles also winds his own "Blue Murder" pickups which is an awesome Sykes reference
