Ok, for over 25 years ago I felt in love with a candy apple Stratocaster.

Some weeks ago I sold my Custom Shop Heavy relic Strat for two reasons, first the heavy relic was just to much for my taste and second she was seafoam green and yeah not candy apple.

But yesterday was the day and here she is:
Candy Apple HSS Stratocaster with a Journeyman Relic.
Compound Radius 9,5-12 Neck with AAA Rosewood Fretboard
Custom Shop EVH bridge pickup und two custom wound singlecoil pickups.
Edit:
Added some new pictures. The checking and crackles is hard to capture

Candy apple red Strats hold a special place in my heart. I was able to find a way to buy one when I was still living at home with my parents. It was an SSS model. I modified it to an HSS. It had EMG pickups in it for a while and then something different. I can't remember what all I had in it over time. I had that guitar for a very long time. I honestly don't remember where it went. It has been many years ago. I do still have fond memories of it though.

Congrats on the new axe!

Candy Apple Red is my favorite color and I wanted a Candy Apple Strat for years.

After some honeymoon hours, I must say that I‘m somekind really underwhelmed.
I think I have to send it back.
There are some issues that are caused by the dealer and I don’t want to blame Fender for something that isn’t their fault.
